Any questions or concerns please contact me via my VIP fb group or you can email me at Onlineclosetbych@gmail.com or Shopify inbox. Please list your order number if you have one. Please allow 24-72 hrs to recieve a response.

PAYMENT

Payment is due IMMEDIATELY. If payment is not sent by the time a pre order closes your items will not be submitted. Invoices over 24hrs will be cancelled. If I have to cancel 2 or more invoices you will be banned from ordering.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING

Everyone will be notified via email or shop app when your order ships. Please track accordingly. Shipping times apply once a pre order ARRIVES TO ME. Ex if you choose first class shipping which is 3-5 days item will ship to you 3-5 day when the order is in to me and on the way to you. Once item ships I have no control what happens. Usps will need to be contacted for any issues. Please make sure you have correct address listed. If you move in between pre order email me IMMEDIATELY. I'm not responsible for items going to wrong address, lost or stolen items. Please make sure your mail is set to be forwarded. I will ship to the address you list. I will help you dispute with usps.
All international orders (outside of USA) will pay for their shipping 

LOCAL

Local people need to have orders shipped as well due to scheulde conflicts and you would honestly have items faster getting them shipped.

PRE ORDER

Many of the items here are custom made or very exclusive so they must be pre ordered and sewn. The typical time frame for all pre orders is 3-12weeks. ETA are ESTIMATED times if an item says time of arrival 3-6 weeks that is an ESTIMATED time frame. Please do NOT ask me for an update on your order until it has been atleast 5 weeks. Delays can happen. If you need item for a special event please try to tell me ahead of time prior to ordering.

RTS

Ready to ship items are items that are in stock and ready to go. These items are anything NOT listed under the pre order tab. They will ship in 1-7 business days ( M-F except national holiday)

ORDERING

VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!
Whether you receive a invoice or order directly from the website, I ask that you carefully look over your invoice to make sure ALL items and sizes are correct. Once an invoice is paid, you are CONFIRMING that your order is correct and ready for delivery. Once the invoice has been paid, I am NOT LIABLE for any mistakes on that invoice. ONCE AGAIN, A PAID INVOICE IS AN APPROVED INVOICE BY YOU! I always strive to work with each and every one of you but I just can’t add to already paid orders, there are to many moving parts to fulfilling orders. Hope you all understand.



RETURNS/REFUND

All sales are final. I will not refund for late pre orders. If anyone is caught trying to dispute or go against my policies you will be banned from ordering from me forever. You have 48hrs after tracking shows delivered to contact me about possible discrepencies and I must also be sent a picture. We inspect everything prior to shipping but I am human and can sometimes miss things. I have size charts for every item. You are responsible to know your size and measure appropriately. I will not refund for sizing issues. I will possibly exchange if I have extra in stock. I will issue store credit for discrepencies (I.e rips,stains) and cover shipping. You will be responsible to pay for shipping to me and back to you for exchange and will have 3 business days to do so or exchange will be void. If item is returned to me and it is filthy, smells, has animal hair on it basically if I cannon resell it. There will not be an exchange.
